Client: A flat-structured, not-for-profit organisation focused on community development and disability behaviour support, with a dispersed team navigating significant change and institutional pressures.
Project Aim: To design and deliver a bespoke leadership program for the board with an emphasis on intersectionality and power-sharing in a non-hierarchical structure.
Tathra’s Role: Conducted interviews with board members to identify organisational needs and establish relevance, followed by the development and delivery of a tailored program based on these insights, building on the core of the LeadWell program.
Added Elements: The discovery phase surfaced deeper insights, offering not only direction for program content but also strategic opportunities to address core challenges. The program invitation was extended to all members for a more inclusive organisational impact.
