Tathra’s Role: Delivered leadership development to equip emerging leaders with key tools and frameworks, supporting their growth in people management and project leadership.
Added Elements: Incorporated group and individual coaching to set goals and monitor progress, culminating in participant presentations on their learning and achievements to their managers. The program’s success led to invitations to return every second year for the past six years.
