Project Aim: To deliver skills-based workshops aimed at fostering improved workplace culture practices to address engagement ratings.

Tathra’s Role: Consulted with key team members and managers to determine the most effective approach for delivering topics in alignment with their intended organisational culture. Designed and facilitated customised workshops for the entire team.

Added Elements: Adapted workshop delivery for online sessions as needed to prioritise health and safety. Incorporated meta-skills to support relational capabilities.
