Facilitated workshops ensure every member of your team has an opportunity to deeply engage in collective problem-solving. Creating a shared understanding of effective feedback and professional boundaries helps build a culture of meaningful collaboration beyond the workshops.
No! I believe in leadership at every level, which is just another way of saying “anybody can create positive change by leading well.” Understanding how to give and receive feedback, setting professional boundaries and learning how to have hard conversations are essential, universal skills. When entire teams attend workshops together, they create a vocabulary of respect and self-awareness.
The four key skills (feedback, boundaries, hard conversations and communicating across difference) are designed to build together. Completing the full workshop series offers a robust and practical introduction to the basic skills of leading well. Occasionally I will consider requests for a single workshop.
We’ll create a schedule of full or half-day workshops that works for you, which means the final number of sessions may vary. A typical timetable might be full-day workshop every fortnight, spread across two months.
Feedback is important to me. I’m always keen to hear about my own intent impact gap as a way to continually improve. I aim to put the tools I teach about feedback and difficult conversations into practice. I welcome a discussion to hear about what missed the mark and how we can make it right.
