Project Aim: To provide team-building sessions for a newly structured leadership team of managers and the executive director.

Tathra’s Role: Facilitated sessions to help the team connect, build trust, and gain awareness of each other’s operational styles and approaches.

Added Elements: Incorporated storytelling to accelerate trust-building and established a foundation of safety to foster strong bonds within the team.
